The deputation trail has taught us many necessary lessons, and God has been faithful through every difficulty and opportunity.  The last few months have been a very honest transition time for our family. This time could have been extremely difficult as we made that transition from every day ministry at our local church to every day travel from church to church. This also included the sale of almost all of our belongings, which the Lord made possible.

We  are very thankful for the soul winning opportunities we have encountered while on deputation. One of which I had the opportunity to witness to another Khmer man who came to the church service at Liberty Baptist in Durham, North Carolina. A church member was praying and working faithfully to invite this man to church. Knowing that I would be speaking that week and shared a common story of losing family members in the Khmer Rouge War, the man graciously accepted the invitation to come to the service. I shared with him the Gospel. He teared up while telling his story of his escape from Cambodia. As a 14 year-old boy, he slept underneath corpse to avoid the Khmer Rouge soldiers.  Please continue to pray for Kham Suan. Pray that through our continued communications that he would accept Christ as his personal Saviour.

Last month, I had the privilege of leading a lady to the Lord while doing laundry at a laundromat in Souderton, Pennsylvania. Praise the Lord!

The Lord, amazingly, continues to provide for our needs. His blessings have been countless and His mercies have been new each and every morning. God has been faithful to give our family (especially the boys) great health. This allows us, as a family, to focus on exactly what the Lord needs us to do every day.

It has been so encouraging to see so many great churches across the United States and we have been so privileged to have personal friends at almost every one of these churches. These friendships have been so helpful to us and we have loved seeing all their different ministries firsthand!

We have reached our 10% mark in raising support and the number is quickly rising. The Lord has blessed these efforts and has answered some very specific prayer petitions that we have made to Him regarding our support. We are so thankful for His presence and that He continues to prove His existence every mile of this journey!
