800+ Patients in 4 Day Clinic in Phnom Penh
Partnering with Medical Missions Outreach and missionaries in the country of Cambodia, we were privileged to give the Gospel as well as provide medical treatment to over 800 people in our four-day clinic.
We’d like to thank The Stephen Benefield Family for hosting our team of volunteers from the USA and Singapore in this joint effort.
Orphanage in Cambodia
I was thankful to visit and preach to the children at the Goducate Children’s Orphanage in Cambodia. I was so encouraged to see our people care for and show their love towards these children. Such acts of kindness are synonymous with the purpose of Goducate, that is, to “help needy Asians help themselves.”
Auditorium Prayer Request
As we approach our official launch date for Crosslight Baptist Church, we diligently pray and work towards securing an auditorium space for our weekly worship service.
Singapore Visit by Friends from the USA this summer
We are thrilled that God is bringing different folks from all over the USA to visit us in Singapore. It is always a joy to host visiting friends. Last month, we hosted Caleb Williams from Lincoln, Illinois. In June, we are pleased to host a young man from Durham, North Carolina. In July, we look forward to hosting two different groups. Our first group will be two men from Arizona. Our second group will be four recent Bible college graduates from our home church in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We always appreciate the extra help as we work to establish the new church plant.
Distribution of New Tracts
Since December, we have printed over 125,000 postcards or tracts for distribution. We are excited about our latest hand-delivered Gospel tracts throughout Singapore as we continue with our pre-launch Bible studies. Pray with us as we continue to prepare for our first service on September 1, 2013.
